One Queen bed: $89 - $139
Two Double beds: $109 - $159
One King bed: $99 - $149
Dog fee: $15/night/dog
ALL reservations must be secured with a credit card.

We offer the following in each room:

- Park directly in front of door

Motel Policies
- Check-in is anytime after 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Please let us know in advance if you need other arrangements. We are very flexible.
- ALL rooms are non-smoking.
- Discounted rates for longer stays, when available. Please call for rates and details.
- Cancellation Policy – One nights stay, at minimum, will be charged for reservations that are cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival date.
Dog Friendly Motel Policies
- All dogs must be leashed
- We have 3 rooms, #7, #8, #9, that are pet friendly, and we make no exceptions for our non-pet friendly rooms.
- There is a $15/night extra fee for a dog
- All rates are subject to 9% VT room tax
